2. In a pan melt the chocolate, butter and condensed milk. Keep stirring until chocolate has melted. Remove from heat. Alternatively you can microwave for 40 to 50 seconds. Add orange essence.
3. Stir in cranberries, pistachios and half of the orange zest. Pour the fudge in to the prepared pan. Top the fudge with more cranberries and the remaining orange zest. Refrigerate until firm. Cut in small squares. You can use a chocolate mould to give it a desired shape. If using mould add all the zest.
