1. mix all ingredients (except water) together in a meduim to large bowl, then mix the water in

3. Wet a paper towel with olive oil and rub the side and bottom of the bowl.
4. Place the dough in the bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 45 mins.
5. Take the dough out of the bowl and need it.
6. Divid the dough in half and place it in 2 small greased bread pans. - OR - Leave it in 1 large greased bread pan. - OR - Leave in a ball and place on greased flat pan.
7. Let it rise for 45 mins.
8. Preheat oven to 445°F with a metal pan in (will latter put ice in it).
9. Place the bread and ice in the oven. Bake the bread for 15 mins.
10. Reduce the temp. to 395 and bake of 15 more mins.
11. Take out and injoy.
