- પેટીસ ને ગોળ આકાર આપી પેન મા તેલ લઇ તળવી.
- સર્વિગ માટે ડીસ માં રગડો મૂકવો. ઝીણા સમારેલ ડુંગળી, કોથમીર ની ચટની, કાજુર અંબોલિયાની ચટણી, ઝીણી સેવ થી ગાર્નિશ કરી સર્વ કરવું.
