- વટાણા ને સાફ કરી ૬ કલાક પલાળી રાખવા.કૂકરમાં મીઠું અને હરદળ નાખી બાફવા.

- બટાકાનો છોલી છીની થી છીણવા તેમાં સંચળ, આદું મરચા ની પેસ્ટ કોથમીર, ૨ચ પલાળેલા પોહા મિકસ કરવા.
- પેટીસ ને ગોળ આકાર આપી પેન મા તેલ લઇ તળવી.
- સર્વિગ માટે ડીસ માં રગડો મૂકવો. ઝીણા સમારેલ ડુંગળી, કોથમીર ની ચટની, કાજુર અંબોલિયાની ચટણી, ઝીણી સેવ થી ગાર્નિશ કરી સર્વ કરવું.
