3. For the sugar syrup take a pan with 2 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water and boil until the syrup turns little sticky. Turn the flame off.
4. Heat oil or ghee in a flat pan. Make jalebi with jalebi maker bottle or with a polythene packet. If polythene packet is used then make a small hole in it. Fry till they turn brown. Put in sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Instant jalebi is ready to serve.
