1. For the cheesecake base crush biscuits & take them in a bowl, add melted butter & honey & mix well, then transfer it in a spring bottom pan, or any unmouldable mould & press it tightly & set it in the fridge for 30min.
2. In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese & icing sugar nicely, then add peanut butter, caramel & mix well, then add fresh cream & again mix well.
3. Then fold in whipped cream & mix everything nicely, lastly add a few chopped snickers & mix well.
4. Melt gelatin in microwave with little water & add it to the cheesecake mix & give everything a good mix & transfer it on the biscuits base & refrigerate it for 6-8hours.
5. Then after 6-8hours gently unmould the cheesecake & cut it with a warm knife to get clean cuts.
