4. Put your pineapple skin and the hard part in a sufuria, add sugar to your desire and Water. I boiled with 2 Cups of water but ended up with one cup. Let it cool down after it's boiled
5. Back to your blended pineapple. You will realise that there will be a foam on put and the juice on the bottom. Carefully remove all the foam, then sieve the juice
6. Now mix your cooled syrup with the sieved blended pineapple
