3. Add ginger garlic paste,saute till rawness gone, add mutton pieces, cook till mixes well.
4. Add all powdered spices, salt and cook till oil seperates.
5. Add brown onions,beaten curd,kasoori methi cook till mixes well.
6. Add 1/2cup water and cover the lid, pressure cook till 4 _5 whistles arrive or until mutton tenders. When done switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
