1. Peel off apples. Cut into small and thin pieces of 2 apples. crush one apple for juice. Squeeze its juice
2. Peel pomegranate. Grind in Mixer. & strain it's juice
3. Cut sides of bread slices
4. Add whipp cream, Icing sugar, vanilla essence and hung curd in a bowl.
5. Blend it until Fluffy. It will takes 10 minutes
6. Divide into two portions. Keep one portion aside. & add apple jam in another portion. Again blend for 4-5 minutes.
7. Place one bread slice in dish. Pour apple juice on it.
8. Spread white cream on it. Place apple pieces.
9. Cover with bread slice. Pour pomegranate juice.
10. Spread apple jam mixed cream. Place apple pieces on it
11. Repeat this process. On top layer. Spread white cream.
12. Now fill apple jam mixed cream in nozzle bag. Decorate rose flowers. Garnish with pomegranate seeds & apple pieces. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
13. Apple & pomegranate juice pastry is ready. Enjoy
