1. In a bowl add water, yeast and take 1 tablespoon of the above sugar measurement and set aside for 5 mins to allow yeast to activate
2. In a bowl of a stand mixer for it with the dough hook and mix the flour, remaining on sugar and salt
3. Add the melted butter, milk and yeast mixture and mix until dough comes together, then with the speed on medium let it knead got about 7 mins until dough is smooth
4. Place dough into an oiled bowl, and cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for about an hour to allow it to double in volume.
5. Divide dough in half and roll into 10" rectangle, smear surface with nutella and roll tightly like a jelly roll starting on the long side
6. Cut the roll you've made in half lengthwise (so inside is exposed) leaving a half in at the top uncut. Start making a two strand broad making sure to pinch the top and bottom ends to seal jt
7. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and repeat with other half of dough
8. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and allow them to sit for half an hour. And preheat over. to 350 in the. mean time
9. Bake bread for 20-25 mins or until golden brown and enjoy!
