1. Cut up pork into 1/2 strips. Place with beef stock and red pepper in frying pan to reduce
2. Add bell peppers, onion, and jalapeño to same pan once the liquid has reduced to halfway.
3. In a separate pan, sautee mushrooms with garlic, butter, and red wine. Then add to first pan.
4. Boil pasta to al dente and drain.
5. By now the broth, pork, and vegetables should have reduced even further. Whisk in cream - Reduce as needed/add in flour tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
6. Turn off heat and whisk in worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and thyme.
7. Top pasta with sauce and enjoy!
