2. Grind coriander,chillies,Salt,roasted cumin and garlic along with olive oil.
3. Marinate the fish fillets by coating this paste both sides. And keep aside for 30mins to 1hr.
4. Put 1tsp butter/ghee in a pan and put the fillets, cover the pan and let the fish cook both sides.
5. Once fish is fried, toss some cooked rice in the same pan.
6. Serve Fish with the tossed rice.
