Steps to make Fish In Hot Garlic Sauce:

1. 1st marinate the fish with cornflour, red chilli powder, salt & soya sauce.keep it aside for 5 mins.
2. Then take a kadai add white oil, when oil is hot fry the fish.
3. In the same oil add chopped garlic fry for 1min.
4. Then add onion & fry another 2 mins.
5. Then add capsicum & continue cooking for 2mins.
6. Next add dry red chilli paste, tomato sauce, chilli sauce & soya sauce mix well,
7. Now add salt & sugar mix well & cook for another 1min.
8. Next add cornflour water & mix well.
9. Then add fried fish & mix well, cook another 2 mins.
10. Finally switch it off & add venigar & stir it.
11. Before sering garnish with some chopped spring onion.
12. Serve hot with fried Rice or Noddles.
