2. After add strawberry syrup and mix it well, then add curd and strawberry essence and whisk it till mix well
3. Seive dry ingredients in bowl and mix with cut and fold mathod with the help of a spetula
4. Add pink food colour(optional) and milk (add milk in batches) mix it with cut and fold method
5. Grease cake tin set parchment paper and transfer the mix in cake tin tap 2or 3times cover the top with chopped nuts.
6. Bake in preheted oven in 180 degree. Firstly set the timer for 20min after check if not done then again 5-10min accordingly bake it. (for me it takes 30min to bake, depends on ur oven)it can take 30-35min to bake.
