Chanay ki daal saaf kar ke 1 hr ke liye bhigo dein
Masoor ki daal ko bhi bhigo dein
Daal stock ke liye haldi, daar cheeni, onion,taiz pat ko dal ke sath boil karlen.
Isme 3-4 glass pani dal kar daal boil karen
Daal ke upar ai hoi jhaag alag kar dein
Ab daal stock me salt add karden
Phir daal ko stock se alag karden
Onion ke slice kar ke oil me light brown karen
Phir isme chopped ginger aur chopped garlic add kar ke fry karen

Phir isme moong daal add kar dein aur thora pani add kar ke isko gala lein
Phie isme chicken powder add karden
Phir isme gur add kar ke pakayen
Phir isme daal stock add karen
Phir is me chanay ki daal shamil kar ke high flame par pakayen
Phir isme salt aur hari mirch add karden
Phir isko low flame par dhakkan band kar ke iska pani dry kar lein.
Ab upar se hara dhaniya dal dein
Ab is par tadka dalen. Oil me zeera dal ke Brown kar lein phir onion dal ke brown kar lein.
Kashmiri red chilli powder dal dein
Sabut gol mirch dal dein. zara sa fry kar ke flame off karden.
Daal ke uppar tadka laga dein. Now hamari daal is ready.
