5. Slowly add flour and combine til a soft dough forms
6. Let dough sit for 5 minutes
7. Roll out on a lightly floured surface (1/4 in thick) And cut using cookie cutters, if available.
8. Place on parchment lined pan and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 min til bottoms are lightly browned
9. To prepare icing:
10. Mix all ingredients together til incorporated with no lumps
11. Dip cookies in icing and scrape off excess
12. Other options: Use a brush and paint on icing
