4. Quickly and carefully add chicken and marinade. Cover pot for 1 min. Uncover and stir until chicken is browned. Cover.
5. Turn chicken occasionally, allowing liquid to partially evaporate, until cooked tender or about 30 min. If needed, add 1/2 - 1 c water.
6. During last 10 min. of cooking, add tomatoes and bell pepper.
